Service Description

Yoga and Mindfulness offer tools which help us to get to know our bodies, minds and how emotions can affect our behaviour and responses to challenges. We can access Yoga and to manage our energy levels, concentration, confidence, bring relaxation, body strength and fitness and so much more. In these therapeutic sessions, Helen works with the child and family where appropriate to safely explore how to bring elements of Yoga and Mindfulness into daily life, with useful and accessible activities. Whether you're looking for deep relaxation through restorative yoga in the tween/teen years, or breathing techniques to support feelings of anxiety or overwhelm at any age, Helen will work creatively and in partnership with you and your child in an holistic way. Visits available to education providers and home environments.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by client will result in loss of deposit paid at time of booking. Cancellation made by RewildEd will first be offered an alternative appointment. If no other suitable appointments are available, deposits will be fully refunded.
